The Wesley Center is a peaceful gathering place set amidst 632 acres of native woodland. Conveniently located in the heart of beautiful Louisiana, the Center offers a unique atmosphere conducive to events of all kinds, both day meetings and overnight stays. The Center features a modern conference facility with 20 multidimensional meeting spaces and a graciously appointed common area. For overnight stays, the Center has 64 clean and comfortable guest rooms with two or three beds, private baths, fresh linens and towels.
Developed and built by the United Methodist Church as a retreat center for spiritual renewal, the Wesley Center hosts a wide range of events and welcomes groups of various denominations, professional organizations, civic groups and clubs, educational organizations, social service agencies and other non-profit groups. Wesley Center opened in December 1996.
